 How to tell if it's the real thing...Apparently having your product copied is the highest form of flattery and proves that the product is a great design. Unfortunately it is the consumer that ultimately looses out.
We have had our Jane's Case copied, so here are some easy ways to tell if you are buying the real thing:
1. If the case does not have our logo on it it is not our product.
2. If there is not a recycle mark or manufacturers numbers on the boxes, they are not ours and will not have been manufactured in the UK.
3. We sell our cases with scoops or nothing, we do not sell our cases with tweezers in.
4. All the copy cat boxes are bigger than ours and therefore will not be interchangeable in the same way as our high quality UK manufactured product.
5. It will be cheap! approx. £7.50 ($22) - £17.50 ($27) depending on the retailers
If you have mistaking bought a copy, take it back to the retailer and ask for your money back!
